Question about some pictures...

Go to my Xanga and read the comments of the post with the pictures. Can she pursue any legal action? I wouldn't think so since the pictures aren't pornographic. I doubt that's her mom posting since it was done from the girl's sister's account.

If anybody could give me link to something officially saying she can't do anything, I would appreciate it.

I don't know for sure. I am not a lawyer. But my thought on it is, the whole thing is in poor taste. I can understand the mother getting upset. That is her daughter. Daughter is still a minor and there are crazy people out there surfing the web. I would not my child or my grandchildren posted like that.

I know the poster thinks is cool and no big deal. But if you have to ask if it is wrong, it probably is. But I really have no idea if the mom can really do anything or not. But I would be prepared if she did.

I just "looked" at the site. I didn't join it. I am a 51 yo female. Why would I want to look at a bunch of tenny boppers with no sense?

But you know, we may see one of these kids on the news someday when a "real" predator sneaks in. Then they'll see how cool that is.
