I am on both SSI and SSD, and just recently signed up for the TRA (Temporary Rental Assistance) program. Since I am on both SSI and SSD, I have to pay 65% of my total income towards my rent.

I was told by my worker that if my income were SSI only, I would not have to pay anything towards the rent at all.

My question here is, Is there any way for me to stop being on SSD and only receive SSI?
