I was about to begin the filing for divorce from my wife. However, she has been less than forthcoming about a recent pregnancy. The baby is not mine, period. I have been seperated from my wife for 7 months now. She says she is pregnant, but will not furnish any documentation proving that she is. I would like to file, but of course, in Texas, one spouse cannot file if the other is pregnant. Is there any way to "force" my wife to prove that she is pregnant so that I can either wait to file, or file now? Any kind of forms, or other?

As well, I incurred the debt of paying off two loans while married. I am the only signer on both loans. Whenever the divorce is final, this debt(along with any others)will be split between the two of us, right?
