I had my Yacht survey done in 96, Problem is:
Many incorrections, wrong vin numbers ect on the survey report, they refused to make any corrections when I brought this to there attention upon receiving the pre-paid survey. I would like to Know if I can now sue this company ??

My response:

Ask yourself, "Did I get my end of the bargain for my money?" "For the survey to be effective, doesn't the information need to be accurate?" If you answer those the way they should be answered, then take the company to Small Claims Court. Take pictures (35mm, not Polaroid) of the VIN number and all other pertinent parts of your boat, and then bring with you all official papers for the boat. Then, have them explain themselves to a judge.
