Dear IAAL: You have been so helpful in the past with this case; I thought I might burden you with one last question if I may.
You will notice my question on this same page listed under (CONFUSED). Should I recieve 100% of my lost wages for 102 weeks, or is there a formula applied by Workers Comp to determine the amount that I will recieve? Hope you can help me on this one. My attorney seems reluctant to explain. cappy.

My response:

Then, you've got to wrench answers out of him. Find out if there were any "offsets" or "reallocation" of funds involved. Get back to me.
