Suni, first please never think of yourself an an "intrusion" to us, or FreeAdvice.com. It's because of you that FreeAdvice.com exists, and all of us volunteers are here to attempt to help you any way we can.
I appreciate you calling upon me specifically. If I am able to help you with your situation, I will, of course, do whatever I can. But, even if I don't respond to you personally, please be aware that there are many great volunteers that you can call upon also, who are absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, such as Tracey, ALawyer, Mark Replogle, Lars Coltrane, just to name only a few, and a whole host of other terrific minds, any of whom may just jump in and assist you - and you don't even have to ask for them!!
All that we ask is that your comments and questions are clear, understandable, with all pertinent information, and that you tell us you State, or the State where the occurrance happened.
