What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hawaii- My son got pulled over for wreckless driving on his motorcyle(popping a small wheely. He went to court and the Judge found out there was no report made and so they couldn't charge him in court at the time. so, now the Judge has rescheduled another court date for sentencing? So, do you think the courts will dismiss my son case? Should he get a public defender for this?
