For those of you who are familiar with CA law, I have a question . . .

Stepson (SS) is 16 yrs old. CP encouraged SS to get a job and enrolled him in driving school without NCP's consent and against his wishes because of SS's failing grades (they have joing legal custody). SS also has to attend summer school due to his grades. Because the job, driving school and summer school interferes with NCP's summer and some regular visitation times, can CP get child support modified (increased) because NCP will be missing a large portion of his visitation times? CP does anything possible to thwart visitations and demands that NCP forfeits visitations, but is now threatening to raise support because he'll be missing visits. CP has always been a PAS nightmare and has never supported SS's relationship with NCP. According to the laws, can NCP be penalized in this way if he wants visitations, but SS and CP want to forfeit visits so SS can go to work, summer school, etc? Anything NCP can do?
