What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello thanks for being here...I really have to try and evict my non paying tenets on my own as we are on a fixed income.
and yes I know the court may go against me but I have done a lot of research on this matter so I am hoping for the best: My question, is
the rental property is in the same state(fl) but not in the same town or county do I give them the extra 5 days for mailing keys?

Also Hubby's name is on the lease but mine is not, but I am on the deed as property owner. I think only the lease matters, but this question is can I be the one
to go to court if it gets that far. My brother in law is also available to go to court -so what I am asking is can anyone go to court or just the person on the lease?

First, do you mail the note or let somebody deliever/post it on the door?

If they mail you the keys, do you have somebody to check out the property for you? If you get keys in the mail, how do you want to know that they are really gone?

We are 21/2 hours away so we will go deliver it, or post it on the door, and we will go back over there after their time is over to be gone and check to see if they are gone. thanks
