What is the name of your state? FL

I ordered and paid for a fireplace screen from a major department store online.

The order was received, along with the paid invoice for the screen, however,
the contents were not the screen - it was a chair.

I called the number listed and they simply reordered me a new screen but didn't seem concerned that they had sent me a chair.

Do I have to return the chair?

Do I have to return the chair?
Yes, unless you want to keep the chair and pay for it. But don't ship it back at their expense -- have them arrange for it to be picked up, since it was their mistake.

The laws that allow consumers to keep unordered merchandise does not apply in your case because you have an established business relationship with the retailer. Do follow divgradcurl's advice.
