Question on Co-Admin

What is the name of your state? Kentucky
the Answer was No I cannot be compensated for any work I have done for the Admin.
Now can I go to the courts and ask the Judge to add me as Co-Admin tohelp assist my son since he is out of state and cannot do the work?
