What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
I am going thru a modification on placement on my part and going to court very soon. Would like to know what chances I have of getting placement of my children. Reasons of change of placement is 1) Ex has had liver transplant from drinking, continues to drink and has received DWI since liver transplant. Has drank and drove with children in car, but I know that is hard to prove. Also, when ex received his DWI, may be a possible suicide attempt. 2) Poorly supervised in CP care- children at age 8 were allowed to roam the streets and daughter was followed this year at age 11 by someone in a car, and CP never reported to police, nor bothered to tell me. Daughter has also received a concussion sledding with no supervision, and has had her 2 front teeth busted with no adult supervision. 3) Intimidation by father and stepmother and guilt trips by CP (father will die if kids come live with mom because of liver). 4) Medical attention is denied-daughter taken to ER -bleeding from private area and then left because too long of a wait- Son has allergies, would never take to dr, I finally took him, and allergies so bad may end up having shots for life- no follow-ups of any kind 5) Father(CP) never home- works full-time day job and then roofs at night and on weekends 6) Father and stepmother fight and question of spousal battery (as he has been in jail for battery against myself) 7) Denial of visitation and lastly 8) CP goes against all court orders for joint custody....stepmother signs forms as mom, children are not allowed to phone me, so got a 800# so they can call from pay phones or friend's homes.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!
I am to go to depositions in beg. of November, what can I expect from that? Getting very nervous and scared.
Thanks so much.
