What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have filed for divorce and there is 1 minor child involved. When I filed, I did not file the Child Support Guidelines worksheet because my spouse had not provided me with his income information. He has not answered the petition and I am getting ready to file the motion for default. Is he required to file anything at all since he did not answer the petition? Do I just file the worksheet based on what I think he makes (or if he tells me) along with the motion?

Thank you
