What is the name of your state? IN

For a non-profit organization, taking money from government entitie, does Indiana Code 5-14-1 (Specifically 5-6.1(b)(5) ) apply?

I would think (though at times I get into trouble for thinking) that if the Federal Government issued a non profit tax
id-non exempt (i forget its proper name) then you would be in a better position to answer your question; and
a lot closer to reviewing the Indiana Code you sited.
