Hi, my name is Mike and I have an opportunity to own 12% of an LLC in Alabama. The LLC is with 4 partners at 12%,12%,25%&51%. :confused: If the partner with 51% retires and the 3 remaining partners decide that the company will buy out the 51%, how should it be divided????????
