I have a question on my sister's case. She is going to court next week for a comtept hearing due to back child support she owes from when she was unemployed. Her husband meanwhile, has had his office call him several times saying that someone is trying to serve him. ( just so you know, he has another child support case himself that some woman is working with the AG on.) He husband is livid because he thinks it has to do with my sister. SO, my question is, can the courts demand my brother-in-law's income to decide my sister's case? Please let me know as soon as you can! Thanks!
