What is the name of your state? Indiana
We are a small non-profit organizatin in Indiana. It appers that the people that started this organization many years ago did not follow a lot of rules. We are trying to play catch-up or CYA now. Is there somewhere you can obtain the information necessary to know exactly what documentation, procedures, and practices a non-profit should have in the State of Indiana.
