What is the name of your state?NC

Quick question... When I filed, I originally stated my intentions where to keep my car, and continue making payments. I have since changed my mind, and want to surrender the car. How do I go about that? Do I need to call the financing company (which is done through Honda) or let it ride, and have them come pick it up?

I'm going through a similar situation. I was told by my attorneys office not to worry, that shortly after the 341 they would come and pick it up all on their own.

In the event that they don't, I imagine it probably wouldn't hurt to call them and ask them to come and get the car..

Did you and the lender complete the process of affirmation??
What is the CURRENT status of your case??

Nope. I never signed a reaffirmation agreement with them. (I learned on here that, that's usually never a good idea)
I just put on my statement of intentions that I planned to keep it by making payments.

My case is to be discharged on Monday.

Then send the lender a letter advising them where/when to pick up THEIR car.
