Suing ex-wife in court for identity theft and related crimes. Does anyone know where I can get some guidance, information and examples of victim statements.

I want to really have an impact on the court and at the same time make sure I make my point of how I've suffered. Thanks!!!!

The best victim statements are very short and to the point, while conveying the pain you have suffered without going overboard. Remember that the court hears victim statements from people who have been maimed, tortured, and blinded, or whose relatives have been killed, so put your pain in that perspective or the court will get irritated with you.
