filed in florida motion to show cause to allow canceled cs
checks to be accounted for on clerks ledger. (had switched jobs to a small company and paid direct but court never
approved, I'm back to paying directly myself to clerk's office.) Question is ex-wife called me today when she received notice of hearing on above, surprised me by saying
she didn't want to go back to court for this and would agree
with motion. I assume best way to proceed is to withdraw motion after she signs off on that but what form should be
submitted to court to show agreement by both sides?
