What is the name of your state? Virginia

Hello again. I am wondering if someone could advise on the following:

My husband (a USC) and I got married in February of 2004. I subsequently applied for AOS to permanent residency through marriage in March of 2004. I had my interview in Oct of 2004 and was immediately granted my conditional (2 year) permanent resident status. This status expires in mid Oct 2006, therefore I will send in my i-751 application to remove the conditions on my status in July 2006 (90 days or so prior to my status expiring).

My question is: At what point may I begin the process of applying for citizenship?

Goes fast, eh? :)

Just like with the I-751, the window to send in your application for naturalization opens 90 days before you are eligible.
You are eligible to naturalize after 3 years as a PR + 3 years of marriage to a USC.
