Quick question for property managers/operators here:

From your experience, which operational tasks still take up a large amount of time or require more manual follow-up than they should?

For residential properties, I have found that property maintenance and repairs have become more time consuming, particularly now that many of the most experienced and reliable of the workers have been deported.

If the law requires someone who is here illegally to be deported then they should be deported. We are on the right track now. Hopefully the lunatics won’t be able to screw things up again.
