Where can we find the civil and civic laws for the rights of a person running for US Presidential candidate relative to a house being broken into and pieces of campaign literature stolen? Please be specific with the case law or statute, what volume or book or constitution where what you say to be supported is in. Also what division of the courts system would this be in, example civil court etc...

I would like to respectfully suggest you figure out what exactly you are asking and/or how to properly ask the question.

As explained at the other site where you asked about this, a person's status as a presidential candidate is of no relevance to burglary and breaking and entering laws.

donerightonce has a history on this forum of asking similar questions with similar requests for case law and statutes. If he has a law library near where he resides/goes to school, he should spend some time there. The librarian can help point him in the right direction.
