What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

My wife and I are getting divorced in Oregon. I believe that we meet most of the requirements for eligibility for the "Summary Dissolution of Marriage/Domestic Partnership," with the possible exception of outstanding debts. The eligibility requirements state that there must be, "...no unpaid debts greater than $15,000 incurred by you or your spouse from the date of the marriage." During our marriage, we have each accumulated student loans in our own names that are in excess of this amount, which I am concerned means we cannot file this form. However, I know that student loan debt is usually handed/treated differently and so I am wondering if that is the case here. Any help that someone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
