What is the name of your state? Idaho

Okay I have a question in regards to something i discovered in my file today. I was awarded full custody of my daughter several months ago and the case was closed. Today I had a hearing that I had her last named changed. When waiting downstairs for my approved order i took the opportunity to take a glance at my file on the computer and noticed some new things filed, the birth mom had filed a new order with a fee waiver but it was denied, and I also noticed that our judge was re-assigned? How in the heck could she have done that? and how do I get my old judge back?
Please help
thanks

Apparently she filed an ex parte order since you were not notified and it was already denied. Normally those are assigned to the available judge that day if you do NOT have an open case.

Rumor has it that in the state of Idaho if you owe back child support, then you are not permitted back in court. Could that be a reason her order was denied? What is an ex parte order?
Thanks

That is wrong. NO state forbids people who owe child support from being in court. They may be denied what it is they are asking for depending but they are not denied. No one can answer why her order was denied. We weren't there and have no clue what it was about. What is an ex parte order -- one in which only one side is heard.
