My son had a 1990 Jeep Wrangler...he traded it in on a 1987 BMW...he had to take the BMW back the next day for repair...then about 3 days later...he had only had it a week and it just quit on him going home...just died...he has called the place he bought it from they said they would come and tow it in and check it out...That was Sat and this is Tues...they haven't picked it up yet...

My question is: Can he request to get his jeep back and just return the car to them...since this had only been a week...
Thanks for any help

No, he purchased it used as-is. He should have had it checked out before purchasing. There is no recourse for him except get the BMW fixed at his own cost. If the dealership volunteers something I would be surprised and grateful since they are under no responsibility to do so.
