What is the name of your state? Michigan

I recently bought a Porsche boxster that was involved in a bad accident , and was not reported by the seller , he did tell me it was in a accident , but stated that it was much less severe than it turned out to be I bought this vehicle from a private party , on the bill of sale he put that it was sold as is , and that it included the remainder of manufaturers warranty ( from Porsche not from him ) it has only been two days since I purchased the vehicle , is there any thing I can do , or do any of my states lemon laws apply ?

My response:

Nope. It's all yours. Caveat Emptor.

You had an obligation to yourself to have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to plunking down your money.

Good luck with it.

why would you expect lemon laws to apply if you havent yet experienced problems??

just because a car has been in accident doesnt make it a lemon,,,it may run perfectly for many years

Sounds like the real problem is a case of buyers remorse....put the top down, turn up the heater (since you are in MI) and enjoy it!
