What is the name of your state? KY

My question is,
I went UA from the Marine Corps, and my 31st day between UA/Desertion was in the middle of December. My Family Gets a call the other day from somebody down at NCIS, saying blah blah blah a federal warrant has been issued for my arrest, and they offered to pay my way back if I turn my self in. Before I went UA I was already getting a Admin Sep with a General under honorable conditions I wasent even getting direct deposit they started paying me in hard check so they can start clearing me out of the system, but I left anyway because they kept bull****ting around with the paper work, I just kept getting the run around, anyway What is the process once I go back? If I call to see if I have been dropped from rolls will they trace my call? How long will it take to get out once I go back, worst case and best case scenario? Where will I stay once I am back...old unit barracks...special barracks....brig? what do I bring with me??

Hmm

Hey shorty,
That link was for phone numbers, which didn't help me out at all. I appreciate it though. I am looking for some more informative advice from others who have been in this situation, or similar, or know of someone that has been. I really don't want to call a phone number and hear the same old rehearsed crap, and from what I heard they don't give you your status know more..I could be wrong.
Thanks!

I'm taking it you've read my UA post.

We've had Marines come here in Casual Platoon that went UA from another "seperation" platoon, they were treated the same.

Did you hit the fleet? If not, you won't go to the brig, you'll be processed out in about 45 days max. Company level NJP most likely.

I reccomend turning yourself in to Quantico.

If you did hit the fleet, as long as your unit didn't deploy before you were dropped from the rolls, you'll still be out in 45 days.

Yes I have read your UA post, I was in the fleet, and have been for about 2yrs, I was in a non deployable unit, meaning my unit was deploying and the one time they deployed I couldn't go with and obviously the second time they were going to I wasn't able because of me being non deployable and I was in the process of getting discharged. I was never on the east coast, always on the west, so would turning myself in at Quantico apply to me? Also I am ready to accept my NJP or even Brig time if applicable, I just want to know about how long the process would take and how they would go about doing it since I am pregnant, or if that matters? Do I go to the nearest recruiting station?

Thank You!

Quantico is the best place to turn yourself in because they actually have a platoon of UA Marines here and a pretty straight forward process of getting you out.

We have Marines here from all over...east coast, west coast, hawaii, okinawa - doesn't matter. I turned myself in to a reserve unit by my house and they sent me here. Actually no one in this platoon was actually stationed in Quantico.

Here you will be out in 45 days. Company or Battalion level NJP, seperated with an OTH. As long as you don't have pending charges or anything, that is.

You can bring it all.

Edit: Since you're pregnant you will be processed out more quickly. I asked for you :)
