I have been going through a divorce since last December. 5 months ago I started seeing someone and am currently involved in a serious relationship with this person. My wife does not want me to bring my kids around this person for at least six months. She is threatening legal action if I do not listen to her. What are my rights?

Do you really think that it is in the best interest of your children to be handing around you and the person you are committing adultery with? You are still married to their mother. The divorce isn't final yet.

Don't mix your kids up with your new significant other until your divorce is final and you have allowed some time for the dust to settle.
