My question is that I won a contest on February 14th of 2000 that consisted of a 32 inch tv, a dvd player and concert tickets. I recieved the tv and dvd after bugging the business for 6 months. Now a year and a half later I still haven't recieved the tickets. I have called them numerous times and the gentleman told me that when he found out when the band went on tour that he would get in contact with me. Now I called the gentleman and he is claiming that I said I didn't want the tickets when I never said that at all and he told me to get in contact with his attorney's. My question is can I take this big business to small claims court. In the letter they sent me it did not say anything about I had a year and the gentleman said that I did. Nobody told me anything about having a year. I've talked to my husband and I have talked about it and he said that its a breech of contract. Now the band has broken up and I the whole trip is worth 1,700 dollars and I feel that they don't want to pay that so that is why they are saying that I said I didn't want the tickets.
