my ex-wife and i have joint custody of our two children (son 15, and daughter 13), no child support is involved, we each have the children 50% or the time, live within a few miles of each other, and she makes a little more than I do. my ex is alienated from all of her family except an an uncle who lives 200 miles away. this has been in place for 4 years. about a year ago my ex began trying to get the kids to agree to "move is with her" full time, which i take to mean changing the agreement that is in place. i have re-married and my ex asks the kids a lot of questions about our homelife and has attempted to sabatog their relationship with me and my new wife. the only thing that has changed is that she does not have a significant other at this time. should this go to court, what effect will her questioning the children about changing the custody arrangements play in the matter? should i make any effort to get her to stop her questioning?
