Child is 11 years old. Parents were not married when child was born but married after and have been divorced for 7 years. No custody was ever established, father did not sign BC, and mother never filed for child support or custody. Child resided with both parents fairly equally until 2 years ago, meaning each parent had long periods where the child lived in each of their homes. No paternity was ever filed until mother filed for child support in January of this year.
