What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I files a divorce with other two petitions. One is temporary exclusive Possession of the Marital Residence and Petition for Temporary Custody of the Minor Children. There is a court hearing this month.

for Temporary Custody of the Minor Children,
I want to know what possible questions my wife's attorney will ask me or what possible questions the Judge will ask me? Can you list all the possible or most frequently questions for this type case in court room?

I have another question, my wife is attorney ever interviewed me 4 years ago about my divorce case. I wonder if she can still represent my wife after 4 years? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Who knows? They will undoubtedly ask a lot of questions specific to you.

The main thing you need to focus on is why it is in the children's best interests to be with you rather than stbx. You're going to need very good reasons that you can back up with facts.

If you retained her, then she can not represent your wife. OTOH, if you simply talked to her, she can represent your wife. There is a small gray area - if you disclosed enough confidential information that it could affect the case, she might be ethically forbidden from representing your wife even if you never retained her.
