I am representing myself in a civil matter regarding an unemployment comp. case. (State of Massachusetts)
I have been through the appeals process with the Div. of Employment and training and was denied benefits and am now at the District court level.
I am doing this on my own, representing myself.

I would like information on how to go about this, if possible, step by step procedure. What to do, what to file, who to include, etc...

Thanks...

My response:

Easy.

You go to your bookstore and buy numerous books on the law, rules of evidence, civil procedure, and trial advocacy. In short, you'll be cramming like you were in law school.
