What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
Hi I have some questions about starting my own home based business.
1. If it is an internet business and I have no employees, only myself, do I need a tax ID
2. Unfortunately I was personally audited by the IRS 2 years ago and am still paying on the debt decision from that audit. Can they come against the business and if so is it smarter to open my business as an LLC or can I still do sole proprieter?
