i live in kentucky.
i have a very elderly relative(in their 90's) expected to pass at anytime. i am in the will and could receive a substantial amount of inheritance.
i am considering filing chapter 7 bankruptcy, but i am concerned as to what will become of this inheritance if i file.
will i still receive it?
will creditors be able to seize it?
even long after filing?
if so, how long would it be in jeopardy?
would all of the inheritance be seized or just enough to pay debts?
would this prolong the probate of the will?
