What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I met with my husband and his attorney to sign all the final paperwork on Wednesday, December 28th. We had a status conference the following morning at which my husband's attorney told the judge the paperwork would be filed the following week. (I should add that this has been going on for 6 years and I no longer have an attorney due to lack of funds so I am representing myself and trying to figure all this out on my own.) That week has come and gone and they still have not been filed.
I have been checking my case status online and I noticed there is an OSC hearing scheduled for January 30th. I have not received any kind of notification about this hearing. I live in Indiana and I was out in CA to take care of the signing and the status conference and I am wondering if I need to be back in CA on the 30th for this OSC hearing or if I can arrange to be on the phone? I'm confused because I didn't even know there was a hearing scheduled until today when I saw it on the register of actions for my case online.
What exactly happens at an OSC when all the papers have already been signed? Is this a ploy to change the agreement last minute? Help.

call the clerk of the court. ask for clarification of the hearing that as been scheduled.

have you called the attorney to see when he plans to file the order?

I contacted the attorney today and was told my husband still needs to sign 2 more papers, so they are waiting for him to come do that and then they will mail the papers out. I am beyond frustrated as I was under the impression everything was signed when we met on the 28th. Part of the agreement to meet and sign was that I would only come in if all the papers were ready and he was there to sign at the same time. I feared they would get my signatures then sit on the paperwork for god knows how long and looks like they are doing that. I just don't understand how the attorney can tell the judge at the status conference that we met and signed everything and he would in fact file them the following week when that was not true!
