can somone please give me legal advice!!!

im 15 and im going to be 16 in august im not sure to emacipate because ive been told its not a garentee ..my brother and dad are on drugs and my mom struggles to keep a job i love my mom with all my heart and she knows how much i need to get away another thing is that my parents constantly fight ive never had a day with noone yelling . they said that emancipation only works if i can support myself finacially and im sure i can get a job at 16 my question is will i be able to move in with my aunt and live and go to school there and i need to know if me and my mom can stll communicate so she can still give me money and visit me. this thing is reallly to get away from my dad and brother and to help myself ive been brought up in hell for 15 years going on 16 i need to get away from them and their problams before i start developing the same problams (drugs) please help me....

You need someone who can help you. This situation is not healthy, and could become dangerous for you. Will your aunt take you in? Is there a school advisor you can talk to? You need to get help as soon as possible!
