My brother and I inherited property in Florida. I am thinking about quick claiming it to him so that he may build on it. What do I need to do and how do I go about it? I have agreed to do this only for him. I am also worried that he may try to sell it after doing this. Is there any way I can guarantee that it cannot be sold after the quick claim is done?
