Am I in violation of law using a popular movie as part of the name of my website (and it's domain?) Example, say I created a page on the movie Nutty Professor, could I use something like eNuttyProfessor.com as long as on the page I stated it was an unofficial page that has no ownership of the name/copyright + I display the actual owners of the copyright?

You would need written permission from the owners of the copyright and the registered trademark to use the name.
