divorced in 1998 and signed over quick deed for the house mtg payts. and the boat. he had a lawyer i did not. i have in the a clause in the divorce that i will no be held liable for non-pyts of either. since then he has lost his job re: dui & drugs. i pay for my own house mtg750/month. had golden credit. my credit is now terrible. wasn't the bank obligated to inform me of each late or non-pyt? if i am responsible for those loans. they repossesed the boat then 3 weeks later called to tell me and asked for 3000.00 for pyts and they sold the boat!! what are my rights or options...... can i take over pyts of house and evict him too?
