What is the name of your state? nm

How does one go about filing a father of a child to be unfit? What do the courts look heavily on? Do you file at courthouse or through a lawyer? thanks

Since you inquire about a Lawyer, why not consult with one first for a small fee.

In what way is the other parent "unfit?" Do you have undisputable proof? And if so, what is your proof? How did you obtain the proof? Keep in mind that convicted felons still have their parental rights.
