What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

I just have a quick question. I am moving out of my home into a friends home and I am wondering if my mom can keep ALL of the things that are in my room besides my clothes. I am asking because she told me she was only going to let me take my clthes out of my room and thats it. I am wondering if she can keep my PS@, X-Box, and Laptop and a few other things that were given to me as gifts. I also have a sterreo that I bought and she is threating to keep all of these itmes. Can she legally do this?

Your 15 and are moving out of your home, yeah I would say that manners. By leaving home at 15 your saying you no longer need the support of your parents, there for your on your own supporting yourself.
So I think your mom can do what she is doing. If I were you kid I'd stay home and leave home when your ready to go to college.

Did you emanciapate yourself? If you didn't, mom could call the cops and say you ran away from home, because your still a minor.
How do you plan to support yourself at 15?
Do you have a fulltime job?
Can you pay for your medical bills?
Can you pay for tranportation, since your not 16 you can't drive.

If the person is takening legal custody of you, then you should be able to take the things with you. I would ask you probabtion officer about it.
