I moved from ms a few months after my son was born. The father filed for custody/visitation in ms after i left(cs was included in his petition). i got an atty in ms, but its been almost a year and his atty went out of business and he hasnt hired a new one so he hasntt been pursuing.
1. will i have to pursue this in ms or can i file in mo after it has been a year?
