What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania.

I'm a 16 year old film maker. A friend of mine and I plan on making a film for a film festival coming up. We want to film at the local mall, due to the many people that will be there. Basically its us going up to them, and being very Christian fanatic like telling them to convert and obey God.
Its to make a mockery out of those overly enthused Jehoav'a Witnesses. Well anyways I want to film them without them knowing, so I can get their raw reaction on film. Now after we're done I'd present them a release form, which by signing it they give me permission to use them in my video.
Now the mall is most likely a private property, so after we're done filming I'm going to go to the mall owner and give them a run down of the film, and show them the clips.
Now say the mall owner doesn't give us permission to release it, and the malls logo isn't in the video, and if it was I blurred it out. Can I release it on the internet?
Also say a person I filmed doesn't agree to be in the movie, can I blur their face out and then use it?

The mall is private property. You need their permission to film BEFORE you begin filming. Malls generally do not like people not affiliated with them stopping customers, because stopping customers means less time that they could be purchasing items. If mall officials see you, you will be asked to leave. Get permission first.
