What is the name of your state? WA

i have a quick question and im hoping someone can answer it...my ex wife applied for daycare and was denied because she is not working==and now she wants to know if i would be able to apply for it, but i dont think i would qualify neither because i dont have sole custody of the kids==does anyone know if that is how it is?

What do you mean? state sponsored daycare? If so, you won't qualify unless you have physical custody of the children.

are you talking about daycare assistance?

no you would not be eligible unless you had custody of the child and met income guidelines....what is wrong with your ex- if she's not working then she doesn't need daycare

She should qualify if she is enrolled in school and shows them her school schedule.
