What is the name of your state? TN

If you go to court and the judge never signs the order, is the order still enforceable? The lawyers for both sides signed it, but the spot for the judge's signnature is still blank on record with the court.

If it helps any, they went to court back in October of last year.

Thanks!

Have you checked the record at the court house(not what you were given by your attorney) to see if the "filed" copy has the judges signature on it? In some cases the lawyers will sign the order- make copies of it for their clients and only have the judge sign the one that is actually being filed in the court house (or the original). So you may only have a copy of the document without the judges signature-
