What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mass

Hey, I was curious as to an entrapment of sorts.
Say you have a relationship in which your girlfriend agrees to take birth control, then purposely stopstaking the birth control without telling you, for the intention of getting herself pregnant.
Would you, the biological father of that child, be forced to pay child support?

Thanks for any feedback.

Yep...you would be required to pay child support.

Don't have sex with pre-menopausal women, especially unprotected sex, unless you are willing and able to be a father to any resulting child. If you want to be protected, don't presume the other party will be responsible.

If you truly don't want children, get fixed. You can even have some batches frozen in case you ever DO want to change your mind.

The technical portion is DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW BABIES ARE MADE? If so, don't do that and you won't risk fatherhood. As in don't insert tab P into slot V.

Do you mean other people have ACTUALLY asked this question? Somebody's been eating moron sandwiches again.

Ya know, I've heard tale of certain methods of birth control that men can use, I think they are called condoms or something. I know, it does sound crazy, but I've heard they work . . . and not just against impregnating women either!!! Wow.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Nice try though. Just for fun though, how would you actually go about PROVING she lied to you about the birth control anyway? I mean, if there was a planet where that would be an excuse? Just curious.
