My husband is in NYANG active. We have not lived together for over 5 years. I filed for divorce in 2001 was dismissed in 2004. Needless to say my husband wont agree to a divorce. Anyway, I am wondering since we are legally married I am intitled to part of his income from the military? I did get sole cutody of our children and do get child support. Just wondering if I could get part of his pay also? Another ? does he have to keep my name on his life insurance with the military? Thanks
