What is the name of your state?CA
My boyfriend and I bought a house in August. I am the only one on the mortgage because I was the only one they would finance. We have not yet done a quit claim deed to get his name on the title. He has paid the full mortgage since we have moved in. Is he going to be able to claim all or any of the mortgage interest on his taxes even though he is not on the mortgage or title?
